Name: Abdulaziz yacob Omar Bargawi

Practical experience and management;
Working in the field of contracting in many government projects with large companies in Saudi Arabia as a subcontractor such as King Abdul Medical City in Mecca with Fawzan Company, the projects were
assigned to me, The Airport of King Abdul Aziz in Jeddah Incorporated with top Tunisian Foundation and
Bladen and private buildings Company and the City of King Abdullah Economic City.
From 2001 to 2012, the institution of Abdul Hamid Jacob Bargawi our work in major projects with the giant
companies increased including project management and supervision of private and public projects, implementation and provision of all types of equipment competitive prices from all over the world.
So the idea of the establishment of the company to extend to the Global Intermediaries Ltd was held by Abdul
Hamid Foundation, it was the company’s founding in 2012. From then till now, on oath my previous in project management and oversight relations, obtaining company’s mandate like from Kenyan Ptfawd refinery,
about the crude oil, that of Kolda Company from Global Katie regarding diesel fuel and also with custom services companies and factories in China and America.

We were a small company of Saudi Arabia which was found by Abdul Hammed Yacob Bargawi in 2001 and
later after some years, we upgraded to an International Company.
The company name was changed from the former name to Alwsataa International Company Limited in 20012.

General Business Activities:

Alwsataa International Company Limited has been as;
A general Contracting, Management and Marketing of oil Products and its derivatives, Maintenance of Oil
refineries and wells and any oil activity, importing and exporting of any commodity, Commercial Undertakings, Marketing and Advertising of other Organizations/ Companies, Reclamation of agriculture land, Construction, renovation of Residential and Commercial Buildings and Skyscrapers.
Our traditional business model is based on the accomplishment of properties in the market of Saudi Arabia;
Based on the decision of the company diversify our properties; we have established this corporation in Mombasa.
